These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and CircuitFix concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

1. Services Provided

CircuitFix provides industrial electronics, PCB, and BMS repair services. All assessments, quotes, and repairs are subject to our standard operating procedures and technical viability. We reserve the right to decline any repair if the equipment is deemed unrepairable or unsafe.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on initial assessments. Final costs may vary if additional faults are discovered during the repair process. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with any additional costs not covered in the initial quotation.

3. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. Repairs come with a standard warranty period covering the specific components repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover subsequent failures of unrelated components or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or environmental factors.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution during diagnostics and repair, CircuitFix shall not be held liable for any data loss, secondary system failures, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the repaired equipment.
